Trinity Episcopal School & Congregation Agudas Achim Present a Special Virtual Event

Choosing Resilience

with Dr. Edith Eger

Psychologist, Bestselling Author
& Holocaust Survivor

March 24
7 – 8:30 p.m.

Trinity Episcopal School and Congregation Agudas Achim are pleased to host an online conversation with Dr. Edith Eger, 93-year-old Holocaust survivor, psychologist, and author who has been featured by Oprah, Brené Brown and CNN discussing her journey and her work.

Rabbi Neil Blumofe will lead the conversation and a Q&A session with Dr. Eger as she shares stories from her books (The ChoiceThe Gift) in which she describes her incredible journey of survival, strength, and resilience; and how we can change the thoughts and behaviors that keep us imprisoned to our pasts. Dr. Eger says she overcame survivor's guilt and shame by recognizing the dignity and value in every human life, including her own.

All are welcome to join us for this online event! While this conversation is open to everyone, the discussion may include some sensitive subject matter, so parental discretion is advised.
