$260 per camp

Dive into summer with Camp Trinity located on Trinity Episcopal School's beautiful 21-acre campus in West Lake Hills, Texas, just five miles from downtown Austin. Choose from 19 engaging camp experiences! These half-day camps are held in either the morning or afternoon, and each runs for five days, Monday through Friday. We offer two sessions: June 1-5 or June 8-12. If your child is feeling extra adventurous, you can even sign up for a morning camp and an afternoon camp for five full days of fun!

We can't wait for Camp Trinity 2020! As Trinity Episcopal School celebrates its 20th anniversary, Camp Trinity joins the celebration by honoring the school's guiding principle of "Each Child, Each Day" made possible through our exceptional faculty and staff. It's our summer to shine!

Kindergarten Camping Adventure

Grade Level: rising kindergarten
Instructor: Ms. Dugan

Come circle 'round the kindergarten “campfire” and join the summertime fun! Make new friends while painting with marshmallows, scavenger hunting, making s’more trail mix, stretching in camping themed yoga, and enjoying daily adventures with our DIY binoculars. *This camp ends at 12:15 p.m.

Extreme LEGOs

Grade Level: rising 1-3
Instructors: Ms. MacKenzie & Ms. Grimm

Calling all Extreme LEGO-ers! We are taking LEGO camp to the next level! Each day presents a new and specific challenge. Design an unsolvable LEGO maze, build a balloon powered LEGO car, or create a catapult to see who can launch an M&M the furthest! There will be prizes, there will be fun — but most of all — there will be tons of LEGOs! Do you accept the challenge?

Every Day’s a Holiday

Grade Level: rising 1-5
Instructors: Ms. Latkowski & Ms. Verrill

Celebrate a different holiday each day of the week! We begin with Valentine’s Day, hop on over to Easter, send a salute to the Fourth of July, scare up a Halloween treat, and cozy into Christmas. We’ll dress up, make crafts, decorate treats, and celebrate each holiday with gusto!

Fun in the Sun

Grade Level: rising 1-5
Instructor: Coach Hendricks

This is an action packed, fun-filled week of games and sports for kids who love to be active! Campers receive tailored instruction as they focus on strategy, teamwork, and sportsmanship. Kids love playing group games such as jailbreak, cannonball run, spy-spy general, and capture the flag. We’ll also play sports such as soccer, hockey, tennis, basketball and other favorites.

Fantasy Art Workshop

Grade Level: rising 2-4
Instructor: Ms. Schuler

Art comes from the heart of your imagination! Make something as small as a thimble or as large as you dare in our "Everything is Possible" workshop. We've got a mountain of materials to choose from as you design, draw, construct, mold, and paint. Create on your own, with the group, or a friend. Imagination has no end!

Leaders in Training: A Program for Middle School Student

Grade Level: rising 6-8
Instructor: Ms. Ashwill

This program gives Middle School students a unique opportunity to cultivate, build upon, and practice leadership skills. Leadership training develops independent thinking, problem-solving skills, decision making abilities, initiative, and confidence. Throughout the week, we'll work closely with our camp community and earn service hours as we gain valuable leadership experience.

The Art of Tinkering

Grade Level: rising 1-2
Instructor: Ms. Park

This camp combines play with STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art & Technology), allowing students to explore who they are, what they love, and what they want to be. Kids can create interactive toys, design wearable electronics, or simply play with making tools. Imagination, curiosity, and making are crucial for nurturing an innovative, imaginative, and flexible mindsets. Discover how science and technology can be incredibly creative and engaging!

Cooking Around the World!

Grade Level: rising 1-3
Instructors: Ms. Grimm & Ms. Hubenak

We'll hone our cooking skills and kitchen safety while discovering the world around us! At the start of each day, campers learn about a new country and make one of its traditional foods! From hummus to walking tacos to pizza and more! After we get a chance to dine on our delicious creations, campers will “cook up” some crafts ranging from slime, to bouncy balls, to play dough!

EXTREME! Art

Grade Level: rising 1-5
Instructor: Ms. Renwick

Join our very messy, very creative, and very extreme art camp! We’ll explore abstract expressionism through pendulum painting, printmaking, and splatter painting. Many of our projects take place outside, like our exploding chalk bags and catapult art. Campers can express themselves through a variety of new media and techniques while working independently and collaboratively.

Exploring Engineering: Historic Minds, Today's Science, Tomorrow's Leaders

Grade Level: rising 3-6
Instructors: Mr. Carrales & Mr. Schneider

Learn what it's like to be an "engineer" through hands on learning. Each day of camp features a separate area of science — such as physics, aerospace, or construction — where campers will learn about real-life engineers and scientists who influenced different fields of study — such as Newton and physics. Projects include building marshmallow catapults, dropping eggs from space, and playing with real sound engineer equipment.

All About LEGOs

Grade Level: rising K-2
Instructors: Ms. MacKenzie & Ms. Grimm

Enter into a magical and creative world where we create the world’s tallest LEGO buildings, the quickest zip lines, the fastest race cars, and the strongest boats. You’ll learn what it means to be part of a team as you take on challenge after challenge. We wrap up our LEGO-tastic week at camp by wearing pajamas to school, eating popcorn and...watching The LEGO Movie! Grab a friend, your favorite LEGO character, and your brilliant mind.

Wake Up and GO!

Grade Level: rising 1-5
Instructors: Ms. Latkowski & Ms. Dugan

Get ready to wake up and go as you never have before…with lots of new activities this year! Wake up and fuel up with a homemade breakfast. Then we go, go, go through exciting activities, which include a talent show, scavenger hunt, adventure hikes, arts and crafts, games, and many more surprises.

Outdoor Photography

Grade Level: rising 4-6
Instructor: Mr. Earley

Is your child inspired by the great outdoors? Let's discover the natural beauty of Trinity's 21-acre campus! We'll develop a "photographer’s eye" through the study of basic photography concepts and photo enhancement. We supply digital cameras and technology. For their final project, campers select a photo to enlarge, frame, and take home.

Game Development

Grade Level: rising 1-4
Instructor: Ms. Park

Explore the many roles of a game developer, including programmer, sound designer, and artist. Campers will learn to code, create sprites, and incorporate age-appropriate game design and storytelling elements. They'll also learn how to work in teams and get hands-on experience creating stories and narratives through various 2D and 3D platforms, including augmented reality and virtual reality. It's a chance to be creative and leave your mark on a project.

Camp Imagination

Grade Level: rising 1-3
Instructor: Ms. Vaughn

Be a chef, be an artist, be a performer, be a scientist, and be yourself: an adventurer. Create food one day, and discover your artistry the next. Make a batch of slime the day after, etc. Each day we'll immerse ourselves in a different creative theme. It's like having five camps in one! Come join us for imaginative play, creative exploration, and — of course — a lot of fun!

Welcome to Hogwarts

Grade Level: rising 2-6
Instructors: Mr. Chilton & Ms. DeBeck

Your letter from Hogwarts has arrived! Find out which house you’ll be sorted into. Take lessons in Potions and Defense Against the Dark Arts. We’ll indulge in magical treats by making Butter Beer and taste test Bertie Bott’s Every Flavor Jelly Beans. At the end of the week, we will even have a Wizard Duel Challenge and play some real life quidditch. See you at Hogwarts!

What do I bring?

All campers should bring a refillable water bottle and snack. Full day campers will need to bring lunch each day. Details specific to your camp(s) will be emailed from our camp Instructors prior to camp’s start.

We employ our talented Trinity Episcopal School faculty and staff to lead our camp programs. We have experience teaching, serving our community, and are vigilantly dedicated to the education of young people.
