"This feels like coming home."

Kim Katner's son entered the first grade at Trinity in the fall of 2022. Kim said, "It felt like home from the moment we stepped on the campus. The parents are just heartwarming, loving, kind people. I can call any of them at any time and say, 'Hey, can you pick up my son?'"

Kim's son has a severe food allergy, so she said leaving him anywhere where food is served can make her very uncomfortable. However, she said she doesn't feel that way about Trinity because the community truly knows her child.

"This is the first time we have felt that he is safe no matter where he is on this campus. Not just safe, but loved." Kim said. "He genuinely, absolutely adores this school. Where we came from and where we are now — it's just been life-changing for us. My son is happy!"

Trinity faculty and staff carefully consider and measure each student's strengths, needs, learning style, talents, and interests — tracking dozens of competency metrics and national benchmarks and then partnering with parents to build a comprehensive, holistic, and data-driven plan for each child's growth.

Kim has seen significant improvement in her son's confidence and abilities in less than a year. "He's now loving math, and he's excelling in math. And his writing has gone through the roof," she said. "That's mostly because his teacher is listening and seeing where he is struggling or where his strengths are."

"I used to be a teacher, and [Trinity] is everything that I would hope and want from a school. My son is happy!"

Trinity doesn't just support students. The school also encourages parent involvement, with more than 200 volunteer opportunities that help parents connect with other families and become an integral part of their child's educational journey. Kim said she was surprised at how welcoming the community has been.

"It's just an incredible environment," Kim said. "It's supportive; it's loving. This feels like coming home."
