Your Trinity Application Checklist

Our priority deadline for new applicants is approaching fast! Interested in applying? In the middle of the process, but don’t know what’s next? Here’s a checklist of everything you need to submit your application complete and on time.

1. Application Deadline & Fee

Our priority deadline is Jan. 31, 2021. Completing and submitting your application before this date gives you the best chance of being accepted. Plus, you’ll find out your acceptance status in March! The application fee is $100 for grades K-8.

2. Open Houses and Tours

We want your family to feel at home here! Get more familiar with our campus and academics by taking a virtual tour or attending an online orientation. We do consider offering limited opportunities to visit campus in person. Go to to get started.

3. Testing

We require all incoming students to take an admissions test. Testing for grades K-4 takes place on Trinity’s campus and has a $75 fee. Students in grades 5-8 must take the Independent School Entrance Exam (ISEE). They can take this at any approved testing site and submit their score using our school code, 447572.

4. Family Interview

Your child should attend the family interview because, after all, they are the star of the show! Applicants can schedule their interview through the Admission Portal.

5. Teacher Evaluation Form

Lower School applicants should email the teacher evaluation form to their child’s current homeroom teacher. Middle School applicants should email the form to their child’s most recent mathematics and English teachers. You can find this form in the Admission Portal.

6. Academic Records

First grade applicants must provide the most recent year's report card, including any testing results. For grades 2-8, you must provide the most recent two years' report cards, including any testing results. For example, if you are applying for fourth grade, you must provide records from third grade and second grade.

7. Financial Assistance

Our financial assistance deadline is Jan. 31, 2021. About 15% of our families received assistance last school year, and 100% of families who demonstrated need received it. We believe socioeconomic diversity enriches the educational experience for everyone and improves our school community. Learn More >
