Board of Trustees

Ensuring Long-Term Success

Like most independent schools, the Board of Trustees sets our big-picture goals and long-term vision. These volunteers — a mix of current parents, former parents, and community representatives — are "entrusted" with the safekeeping of Trinity's future. Trustees serve three-year terms.

Strategic Plan

A strategic plan is a roadmap for implementing our goals and making our vision a reality. Trinity updates this plan every five years to ensure we are taking the proper steps to strengthen our programs and provide the best-possible student experience. We’ve carefully considered what’s next in education, how our campus can support the programs we want to offer our students, and how our faculty and staff can remain educational leaders.

Role of Board Chair

The board's executive position is a combination of leadership and liaison. The chair provides steady and calm direction to the trustees as they navigate the upcoming two years. The chair works closely with Head of School Jennifer Morgan and provides a communication conduit between trustees and school leadership, as needed. The board chair also oversees trustee committees, meets regularly with the head of school, and helps to plan the general direction of Trinity’s future.

Legacy of Trinity Episcopal School

Trinity graduates well-rounded, thoughtful, and prepared students — prepared not only for rigorous high school environments but also for long-term impactful thinking and the potential to make a difference in our world. By nurturing each child academically, physically, emotionally and spiritually, Trinity educates children in the most well-rounded fashion. By fulfilling our mission and emphasizing our core values, Trinity provides life-long learners the launch pad for their futures.
