After-School Team Members
Trinity Episcopal School is seeking Team Members for our after-school program — After the Bell — for the 2021-2022 school year. Trinity Episcopal School is an inclusive, forward-thinking, faith-based K-8 independent school that meets each student where they are to nurture the whole child’s academic, social, physical, emotional, and spiritual growth. Trinity is located in West Lake Hills, close to downtown Austin, Texas.

Trinity Episcopal School is staffing our After the Bell (ATB) after school program for the 2021-22 school year. We are looking for ATB Daily Program team members to supervise and manage young children, grades PreK-8, while initiating and supporting group activities, and indoor/outdoor play. We are looking to fill positions in our PreK program, our Grades K-4 program, and our Middle School program. Team members commit to working 2-5 set days per week (i.e. Tuesdays & Thursdays), so we have at least a 2-3 person staff each day. Depending on the program, shifts begin from 2:45-4:00 p.m. run from 5:00-6:00 p.m. Our ATB Team members ensure the safety of children in the program while sparking their interest in discovery, promoting their personal growth, and encouraging their efforts. You will also cultivate relationships with families, staff, and school partners while creating an environment where fun and learning occur.

- Respect for and dedication to working with children while facilitating a safe environment
- Excellent communication skills with a varied audience including children, parents, colleagues, and school personnel
- Strong group management skills with the ability to use and model appropriate positive guidance
- Interpersonal, communication, and critical thinking skills
- Adaptable and self-motivated
- Ability to prioritize critical tasks and schedule demands with an appreciation and recognition of key issues
